Rosé is an invitation to experience delightful flavours. Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo Rosé stands out due to its high structure, in a slightly more aromatic version of Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca, positioning itself as wine at a very high level for great rosé lovers.
The grapes are pressed using the model executed in the French region of Provence, that uses the entire grape - the renowned blanc de noirs technique. Structured by low temperature fermentation (11-12ºC) in stainless steel vats for almost 3 weeks, part of the lot is then aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels.
It is a wine that is worth remembering because of its primary aromas, mineral texture and final tension that ensures a long finish and the certainty that we will want more next year.
